Asia Pacific University (APU) Student Hostel Accommodation

EduSpiral Consultant Services is an education agent for Asia Pacific University and provides counseling to students on how to choose the right course and university. We also assist students with their hostel accommodation should they register at Asia Pacific University through us. There is no charge for our services.

Asia Pacific University provides fully-managed accommodation at a number of apartment buildings close to the campus, including Academia, Vista Komanwel, Fortune Park, Endah Promenade and Covillea Condominiums. You will have access to condominium facilities such as cafeteria, swimming pool, laundrette, convenience stores and a 24-hour security coverage.

Students stay in the apartments where they occupy rooms on single, twin or triple sharing basis and have access to kitchen facilities and common area. Each apartment has 3 to 6 bedrooms with a living room.

Location

The APU Student Accommodation are all located near the university. Some are near the LRT Station therefore making them accessible. Asia Pacific University provides a free bus shuttle to and from the university to all student accommodation as well as the Bukit Jalil LRT (Light Rapid Transit) Train Station every 15 minutes so students do not need to worry about getting to their classes on time.

Please note that the accommodation is on a first-come-first-served basis, therefore, students should registered as soon as possible and book the hostel so that you can choose the accommodation type that you want. The accommodation runs out quickly.

How much will it cost for Asia Pacific University (APU) Malaysia On-Campus and Off-Campus Accommodation?

Rental for each student ranges between RM250 to RM1840 per month, depending on the room size and facilities provided. The rooms are lent to students on single or twin sharing basis. Upon check-in to the accommodation students are advised to pay 2-month deposit and 1-month rental with respective cover charges. Note that rental rates may change from time to time. Asia Pacific University covers utility bills up to RM250 (USD 78) per month per apartment only for all Deluxe, Premium, Super Premium and Superior Apartments (excluding Standard Apartment).Students in Standard Apartments will pay for utilities on ‘Pay as you use’ basis.

Rental for each student ranges between RM 250 (USD100) to RM560 (USD190) per month, depending on the room size, and the cover charge of RM150 (USD50) which is one-time payment for the welcome pack and travel pass.

The rooms are lent to students on single, twin & triple sharing basis. The following is provided in each apartment: water heater, shared study area, refrigerator, microwave oven, bed with divans, and Wi-Fi. No cooking is allowed in this apartment. Students in Standard Apartments will pay for utilities on ‘Pay as you use’ basis.

Asia Pacific University VISTA KOMANWEL – Type A – Deluxe apartments

Rental for each student ranges between RM350 (USD110) to RM850 (USD265) per month, depending on the room size, and the cover charge of RM150 (USD50) which is one-time payment for the welcome pack and travel pass.

   

The rooms are lent to students on single or twin sharing basis. The following is provided in each apartment: 25″/29″ TV, satellite decoder, living room set, oven cooker or kitchen cabinets, water heaters in the bathrooms, dining set, refrigerator, microwave oven, fully automatic washing machine, comfortable spring mattresses with divans, study tables, Wi-Fi and all rooms are air conditioned.

   

The apartments are located in the Vista Komanwel Apartments.

Asia Pacific University FORTUNE PARK – Type B – Premium apartments

The following is provided: security card access system, gymnasium, water heaters in the bathrooms, refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, fully automatic washing machine, comfortable spring mattresses with divans, study tables, Wi-Fi and all rooms are air conditioned.

   

The apartments are located in the Fortune Park Condominiums.

Asia Pacific University FORTUNE PARK – Type C – Super Premium apartments

Asia Pacific University ENDAH PROMENADE – Type D – Super Premium Plus apartments

Rental for each student ranges between RM670 (USD210) to RM1140 (USD360) per month, depending on the room size, and the cover charge of RM350 (USD110) which is one-time payment for the welcome pack, security access card and travel pass.

    

The rooms are lent to students on single or twin sharing basis. The following is provided in each apartment: security card access system, gymnasium, sauna, badminton court & 25″/29″ TV, satellite decoder, living room set, kitchen cabinets, dining room set, water heaters in the bathrooms, 350 liter refrigerator, microwave oven, electric kettle, fully automatic washing machine, comfortable spring mattresses with divans, study tables, Wi-Fi and all rooms are air conditioned.

The apartments are located in the Endah Promenade Condominium.

Asia Pacific University (APU) Malaysia New On-Campus Accommodation

On-campus accommodations are now available for students from 4th September 2017 onwards. There are two types of accommodation, with different room options within:

EN-SUITE ROOMS WITH COMMON PANTRY

A common pantry is available at each floor and is equipped with stove, microwave oven and refridgerator. All rooms have attached bathrooms and are equipped with water heaters, bathroom mirrors with shelves and towel racks.

SHARING APARTMENT WITH KITCHEN – 5 ROOMS IN AN APARTMENT

A common kitchen is available at each apartment and is equipped with stove, microwave oven and refrigerator. All rooms have attached bathrooms and are equipped with water heaters, bathroom mirrors with shelves and towel racks.

Rental for each student ranges between RM750 (USD180) to RM1,080 (USD260) per month, depending on the room type, and the cover charge of RM400 (USD100) which is one-time payment for the welcome pack with a bed sheet, pillow and mattress protector. Comforter is optional at RM100 (USD25).

The rooms are lent to students on single & twin sharing basis. The following is provided in each room: water heater, study table, bed with divans, and Wi-Fi. Super Premium Rooms are equipped with Mini Fridge. Students will pay for electricity fees and laundry facilities on ‘Pay as you use’ basis.

The accommodations are located within APU’s New Campus.
