The KDU University College, Utropolis, Glenmarie provides on-campus Student Accommodation at its 10-acre campus.
Located next to the academic block, is the Student Accommodation Block covering 7-levels, divided into male and female wings. Services such as an on campus convenience store and internet service is available.
The campus is part of Utropolis, a university metropolis in Glenmarie, Shah Alam. The Utropolis project consists of a retail centre, residential suites and the KDU University College.
This 7-story block can accommodate up to 580 students and students studying the various disciplines will be able to interact with one another. The larger student community offers the benefits of:

KDU University College Free Bus and Van Shuttle Services
If you need transport to go to KDU University College or the shopping malls, you can take the KDU bus or van which is provided
by KDU Residency.
KDU Residency Wardens Hostel wardens appointed by the KDU University College are responsible for the general well-being of the residents and the maintenance of the residency.
They are also responsible in ensuring that rules and regulations are being upheld.

There are many amenities near the KDU Residency area: on campus 7-eleven convenience store, in house fine dining restaurant, ATM etc.
The Utropolis retail centre is just a five-minute walk away.
There are a host of eateries nearby. These include restaurants serving halal and fast food at CITTA Mall, Giant Hypermarket and Tesco Extra Shah Alam.
Easy access to public transport with round trip in between Glenmarie, Subang Jaya, Shah Alam, Petaling Jaya and Damansara

KDU University College Accommodation Fees at New Campus in Utropolis Glenmarie
There are many different types of accommodations at KDU Student Accommodation, Utropolis, Glenmarie. The rooms vary in price depending on what type of room you would like to sign up for. The cost of the rooms are as follows:

Note:
- Room rental includes electricity and water charges but excludes air-conditioning charges (pre-paid system)
- All rooms share a bathroom, common kitchen and common living hall with 8 students in 1 cluster
- 2 months deposit
- RM300 processing fees (non-refundable)
Effectively from 2016, we will introduce a new room type in KDU University College, UG Campus and rate as below :
