Students after SPM or O-Levels can go for the Foundation in Engineering at Asia Pacific University before continuing on to the 4-year degree in Telecommunications Engineering. You will need at least 5 credits in the relevant subjects to enter a Foundation course. Alternatively, with at least 3 credits in SPM or O-Levels, students can enter the Diploma in Electrical & Electronic Engineering for 2 years at APIIT. Scholarships at APIIT range from 30% to 100% depending on the students’ results in SPM, STPM, UEC, O-Levels, or the A-Levels. Sports Scholarships are also available for State and National Players.
