The diploma course is accredited by the Malaysian Qualifications Agency (MQA) with intakes in January, May, August and October of each year. Entry Requirements for the Diploma in Information Technology (IT) at HELP University

- Possess SPM with at least THREE (3) credits in any subjects (inclusive of Mathematics or anyequivalent qualification); OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Persekolahan Malaysia (STPM) with a minimum grade of C [Cumulative Grade Point Average (CGPA) 2.00] in any subject or equivalent qualification and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent;OR
- A pass in Sijil Tinggi Agama Malaysia (STAM) with a minimum grade of Maqbul (Pass) and a credit in Mathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- Possess SKM Level 3 and a credit inMathematics at SPM level or its equivalent; OR
- A Certificate (Level 3, MQF) in any qualificationwith at least a CGPA of 2.00; OR
