Pathway to Waterloo to their Faculty of Mathematics and David R. Cheriton School of Computer Science and their Co-Op Program

The regular program will take 4 years to complete assuming 2 terms  are completed each year and 5 courses are taken each term. 1 year consists of 3 terms.

The Co-op program is identical to regular studies academically, however, work terms increases the length of program to 4 years 8 months.

Admissions consideration for full-time regular studies in the Faculty of

Mathematics at the University of Waterloo (UW)  will be given to current HELP University students with a grade point average of at least 3.0 and a grade point average of at least 3.7 in their math courses.

Admission consideration for full-time co-op studies requires students to
have a grade point average of 3.7 and a grade point average of 3.7 in their math courses. Limited enrollment programs may have additional requirements.
