Programme Structure for the Bachelor in Fashion Design Technology (Hons) Programme at Taylor’s University
Taylor’s University students will study the fundamental processes of design theory and practice through problem- and studio-based learning.
In experiencing the design thinking process, students will be able to analyse, evaluate, and put forward design solutions that are innovative and creative.
The modules prescribed will provide the student with the necessary skills sets to conceptualise and create aesthetically sound outputs that are creative, functional, entertaining, engaging and communicable.
This degree programme is compatible with the new Taylor’s Curriculum Framework that allows students to mix & match study modules.

Students who are unsure of design as a career path may go for the Foundation in Arts at Taylor’s University and then enter the interactive Fashion Design Technology degree.
