MAHSA will provide you with a sound foundation in the scientific principles for pharmacy. You will study a series of modules that will provide an in-depth understanding of the diseases, drugs and clinical uses of medicine. In the fourth year, you will explore therapeutics in medicine and put your pharmaceutical-care decision-making to the test. You will also conduct a supervised research project on current research topics.
Throughout this 4-year Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) degree programme, you will be taught the fundamentals underpinning the use of medicine, including the physiology of the human body, the effects of medicines on human body and how medicines are developed and designed. Foundation in Science students at MAHSA University are selected first to enter into the Pharmacy programme at MAHSA University. MAHSA University’s Bachelor of Pharmacy (Hons) is a 4-year undergraduate programme for individuals who want to devote themselves to the advancement of health through the dispensation of medicines.
Graduates can then take the professional examinations and be qualified as pharmacists in hospitals and medical centres, or choose to go into production, marketing and distribution, research and development, or education.

- STPM:
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 with grades BBB/ABC/AAC in 3 subjects (Biology & Chemistry & Physics /Mathematics) including B in Chemistry;
- A – Level:
- BBB/ABC/AAC in 3 subjects Biology & Chemistry & Physics /Mathematics) including B in Chemistry
- Foundation in Science (FIS) / Matriculation / Pre-Medic / Pre-Pharmacy (minimum 12 months):
- Minimum CGPA 3.00 including B in Chemistry AND SPM: Pass with at least 5B’s in Biology & Chemistry & Physics & Mathematics / Additional Mathematics and 1 other subject
- Diploma in Science (Chemistry / Biology / Physics):
