It depends from university to university. You have to submit your Foundation transcripts to the university of interest for evaluation for entry.

You will study Foundation for 1 year and then degree for 3 years. Yes, you can work as a lecturer after completing the TESL degree. You can transfer for your final year if you have the money. It will cost more than RM100,000 a year overseas. You can apply to work overseas but there is no guarantee they will hire you. It also depends on how good you are.
