- Please bank in RM400 for the Application Fee to UCSI University Sdn Bhd (Non-refundable) CIMB Bank Account at 8005-0884-17
- Please add RM1000 for Accommodation Booking if you need it.
- After you bank in please take a picture of the Bank-in Slip and email to info@eduspiral.com.my
- Scan a passport photo or take picture of yourself with your camera phone
- Scan or take picture with your camera phone your SPM Trial Exam Results or Actual SPM/STPM/UEC/A-Level Results

Do u have pharmacy course? cause I’m searching for the course and I’m interested in it. And,can a Form 5 student apply?
The Pharmacy degree is offered in the KL campus. A Form 5 graduate with the relevant SPM results may apply for the Foundation in Science before continuing on to the Pharmacy degree.
