UCSI IDP is a twinning arrangement with partner universities in Australia or UK. ADTP is a 2+2 to the USA. If you plan to go to the USA then go for the ADTP. Scholarships are not available for overseas studies.

It is not a matter of which is better or affordable. If you plan to go to the USA to study then go for ADTP, if you want to go to Australia or UK, then go to UCSI. Going overseas will cost you about RM150,000 a year. You have to do the maths yourself and calculate how much it will cost for you to study overseas and then decide. Scholarships depends on your results.
