There is no denying the competitiveness of this area of work, but a sales and marketing executive who is prepared for the challenges that lie ahead will gain invaluable work experiences and attractive remuneration – on top of the commissions which are based on sales.    • Sales and marketing professionals in Malaysia expect an average salary increase of 15% to 20% when they switch jobs in 2020.
