Hi, which local university would you recommend for software engineering courses?
I would say that Asia Pacific University (APU) is the best for IT and Software Engineering. UCSI University is not too bad as well. Please email me at info@eduspiral.com.my for more information.
May I know which university is good in this?
And, how about the fees? Which is the most affordable university?
Asia Pacific University (APU) is the best for IT. Affordable would be UCSI University and KBU International College. You can email me at info@eduspiral.com for more details on the fees.
which university is good for software engineering?
Asia Pacific University (APU) is the best for IT in Malaysia while UCSI University is pretty good. For affordable UK universities, you can consider Northumbria University. Diploma students can transfer into the final year of the degree programme.
I feel unsure about the differences between the computer science and the software engineering XP; which one is more focusing on develop a programme or software? I also comfused about which course I should take up: animation design or computer science/ software engineering? I got A+ in both MATH and ADD MATH and I get B+ for my IT in my SPM result; I didn’t take up art but I myself sometimes will use some 3D animation software to create some 3D animation and it is my interest (but I do not know drawing); which course i more suitable for me? Please give me some suggestion, thanks XD
Please reply me as soon as possible, thank you
Dear Justin, Software Engineering is part of Computer Science as described below:
Computer science spans the range from theory through programming to cutting-edge development of computing solutions. Computer science offers a foundation that permits graduates to adapt to new technologies and new ideas. The work of computer scientists falls into three categories: a) designing and building software; b) developing effective ways to solve computing problems, such as storing information in databases, sending data over networks or providing new approaches to security problems; and c) devising new and better ways of using computers and addressing particular challenges in areas such as robotics, computer vision, or digital forensics (although these specializations are not available in all computer science programs).
Animation Design is totally different from Computer Science or Software Engineering. Animation requires programming but needs artistic skills. My suggestion is that you go for the Foundation in Science first and then only decide between Computer Science or Software Engineering or Animation. You have about a year. For IT, you should go to the best university and not just any university who may not have the experience or expertise. Email me at info@eduspiral.com.my with your full name and hp number for more details.
Hai , Im just too confused right now ; because im interested in both software and architecture so I dont know which to choose and go for 🙁
Do you have SPM or Pre-U qualifications? Both courses have good prospects but note that architecture will take you about 5 years to complete after your Pre-U. Please email me at info@eduspiral.com.my with your full name and mobile number for more details. Cheers.
How many credits required to do computer&software engineering?
You will need at least 3 credits in SPM including Add Maths to join the Diploma in Computer or Software Engineering. To join the Foundation course, you will need at least 5 credits in SPM. If you are interested, you may email me at info@eduspiral.com.my
